✴ Away from crowds and distractions retreat to a special place. Quiet your mind, turn your focus inward and work on self. In a non-competitive space, take time for yourself and do what feels good.

✴ Private Pilates on Gratz machines with Christine Lee, a Romana-certified, tenured instructor who is dedicated to the joy of movement. And new this year offering the ability to teach two people simultaneously on side-by-side Gratz reformers.

✴ Experience Thai Yoga Stretch in a clean and serene environment. In Thai yoga, you do nothing but relax and breathe. You are guided through stretches. Stress and blocked tightness released. We are able to focus on certain tight or aching body parts like feet, lower back, glutes, shoulders, or neck. Where are you tight?

✴ Some clients prefer just Pilates, some just Thai Yoga Stretch. and some a combination session of both. Arrange for 75- or 90-minute combinations between strengthening on machine and lying passively and getting stretched. One client calls the stretching part, “Candy after working out.”

✴ All ages and fitness levels are welcomed. You don’t need to be anything other than yourself.

✴ The thing that sets STRETCH apart from other studios on island is that it is truly private. The focus is on you, and you alone.
